Provide assistance to the direct supervisor through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information as well as initiating secretarial & clerical work to ensure that primary support will be given
Preparation of correspondence to ensure proper communication related to the job internally and externally in a timely manner.
Control and administer proper reception of guests and organize appointments for the direct supervisor to ensure that schedule is maintained
Receive, examine, evaluate and screen incoming correspondence of the department / office to ensure proper distribution of documents to concerned personnel for immediate action.
Maintain general filing system for easy access and ensure confidentiality of documents at hand.
Provide other support such as mail / courier handling, office supplies control, and other tasks related to the job to ensure assistance to the direct supervisor and or the department / office.
Valid Qatar ID
Knowledge on basic office administration
Knowledge on handling/preparing correspondence
Ability to interact/communicate effectively both in oral and written English
High Proficiency in Computer Office Applications & Programs ( MS Excel, Word etc)
Knowledge of Arabic Language is advantage
