Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a strategic social media executive to oversee our company’s presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyse public feedback, and campaign success, and report on the effects of each key undertaking.

To be successful as a social media executive, you should strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers’ interest. A top-notch social media executive will be knowledgeable about the best practices for each social media & digital platforms and promotion. (Fb/IG/TikTok/Snapchat/Youtube/eCommerce/+)

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

Oversees all company social media accounts management
Audits, creating reports that analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs, returns and improvement
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish, and share innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages daily to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content and brand awareness
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation,
Identify key influencers, and coordinate actions

Skills

Proven experience in Social Media (SM) Marketing or related role (You can submit up to three SM profiles, so we can get an idea of your best work)
Excellent consulting writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English & Arabic
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
